and welcome Fr Andrew Ioannou
Saturday 10 November is not only our annual dance, but, also the farewell celebration of our parish priest Father Stavros.
Father is leaving St Therapon and moving to St George Greek Orthodox Church in Brisbane. This dance is very special as we
celebrate Father Stavros’ service to St Therapon over many years, his transition to St George – Brisbane and meeting with our
new priest Father Andrew whom is moving from Holy Cross Parish at Wollongong to St Therapon.

It is with great emotion and gratitude to God that we welcome Fr Andrew Ioannou to the St Therapon family.
Fr Andrew is currently Parish Priest at the Greek Orthodox Church of the Holy Cross in Wollongong where he has served faithfully and diligently for several years.
At this event you can also meet Fr Andrew as we welcome him to our parish.
