Koliva Order Form, Saturday of Souls

Saturday of Souls (or Soul Saturday) is a day set aside within the liturgical year for the commemoration of the departed.

Usually we bring a Koliva plate to Church to remember and pray for a departed loved one in Heaven.
This year, due to COVID-19 restrictions we are offering Parishioners an option to order their Koliva plate online instead.

Please note:

1. This is an online option to ORDER an actual Koliva plate online ($10 donation).
2. You may attend Church/collect your plate provided you arrive at Church before the COVID-19 capacity restriction (50 people) is reached.
3. Fill in the form below to order your Koliva plate now.
4. Once you submit the order form you will receive an email with the Parish bank details for EFT payment.

We encourage you to submit the names of the departed so that our priests can pray for them during the service. Please list the Christian or first names ONLY of those for whom you would like our priests to pray for in the Holy Altar.
